Even though some files get downloaded, stats sometimes get stuck in zero for certain files. Later it gets fixed at the end of the day most times. Could you please fix this issue? Thanks.

@Alex_: Stats update of downloads is not real-time but updated every xx minutes from the various storage server.
Some time because of high loads the logs get parsed later. Sorry but not much we can do about it, the important thing is that everything is counted though
