how to upload via ftp on oron,i cant find details

and their RU is so slow
both web and RU upload speed never crosses 2mb
now RU doesnt even depends on USA NL etc

using any ftp client software you can upload.

ftp server name : ftp dot oron dot com
username : your login name
password : your login password

the same will be available under account -> show advanced options
