Is it possible to load money directly to Payoneer?

Is it possible to load the money directly to my Payoneer card without using Payoneer partner?

i'm an old customer to payoneer, & they closed my acocunt wihtout any logic reaons

when i contact them they say the same message each time "your acocunt is closed for undisclosed reasons" -__-
