Useless topic in my opinion. I explained him the situation yesterday.
There were a few hardware related problems, I did call the datacenter to speed things up a little. Which helped, but they couldn't find the problem instantly it took them some time to fix. They replaced multiple components in order to solve it.
I was out of stock on that server so I couldn't give him a replacement server. That is what I am normally doing when a problem like that is occurring.
And the most important thing, he received his server details a few hours ago
It does and will most likely take at least a couple hours to setup your server. Unfortunately, unless he has a wall full of pre-setup boxes, there aint nothing u can do
