Is FireFox running out of money?

I got used to Firefox so much that it will be very hard for me to move on to Chrome.
I like Chrome it's fast and doesn't use as much memory as Firefox or other browsers, i know but still Firefox for me comes natural because i use it for a very long time and i know what i want from him and that is why it's a perfect browser for me.
I wouldn't want losing Firefox or Chrome they make it more easy for me to relax and enjoy the time i spend free time that i have on the internet and yes i still remember Internet Explorer and the crashes when i was visiting something interesting, remembering the hair i pulled from how angry it made me.
I hope Firefox hangs in there even though it will be very tough from now on since Chrome took over his place but it's better Chrome than Safari or Internet Explorer right ?
And @Mr Happy weren't you the one who always praised Google Chrome, why are you sad about Firefox losing, i really wonder about the reason you posting this and acting confused all of a sudden ?

Same problem happened to myself but when playing videos on firefox kept crashing I had no choice to move onto chrome and I have never ever thought about going back to Firefox.

I stick with Firefox though say that Chrome is lighter and consumes no resources, but I do not like their design should think more on that side to attract more users,

@alan10: Its pretty apparent they didnt want anything flashy. They wanted everything as simple and spacious as possible (imo).

I think its a little ridiculous that the style factor dictates as many people as it does.

@OP: Do you think Google can afford loosing out on all those traffic? I dont think so.

refferring to firefox traffic.even if 1/4 of the people migrate to the default firefox search engine(Whatever it is),it`d be a MAJOR loss.

my 2c though

Firefox release many versions, and after 3 new versions, I think it slows more than Chrome. This is why now Google don't need sign adverting search addon with Firefox. :)

Bump to update the topic for the sake of it.

Today Mozilla announced that they did a new three year deal with Google but they haven't disclosed what the amount was. It was to be expected as it's still good for both but I'm really curious as to what the amount was due to the reduced Market share FireFox now has and Google have their own browser unlike the last time they made a deal three years ago.
