File-upload has been a known scam for many years. He has many file uploading sites.

The admin had paid me 8 times but this time he just mark from pending to paid and didn't paid. Also minimum is $1 and there is paypal fee.

i have been using file-upload.com/file-up.org more than a year .
file-uploads payment system are late always . Try to contact FB to get urgent payment or anything.
