Is Extabit's API working?

Have any of you got extabit's API to work? Following their documentation I can't get the rdownload_add action to work as it always gives me a "{"status_code":403,"status_txt":"Err: failed auth","data":[]}" error.

This is the example link they give on their documentation page for the rdownload_add function:

substituted denis@extabit.com with ur username & $PASS with ur pass ?

EDIT:
1] TRIED IT using my acc details & i get the same error when i tried with actual values or urlencoded values. Might me some error on thr part
