Why don't you talk to support first, tell them to send the DMCA notice to you first and you will remove it in 24 hours. If they agree on sending the DMCA Notice to you then you can host anything you want. But be careful, you will have to remove the file or what ever you have on the site in 24 hours, else you will lose your hosting account and more.
