Is 180upload.com scam?

Could anyone please tell me about 180upload.com. Details about their affiliate program? Payment options and stuff? Would be nice if you can provide a proof as well.

i only make $9 with them so far not sure if they pay or not but rates are very low. for 1000 downloads i make around $0.10:facepalm::facepalm: They also add captcha now so not even going to bother using them
