Now 24 hours my VPS is down, few days before the same!
No VirtPanel provided so unable to manage the VPS
No reply to support tickets!

If in the next 12 hours I don't get any news I ask I open a dispute to Paypal!

Disappointed!

Are you kidding ? I just checked the support area on your website and I have no update about the support ticket and still unable to connect to the vps... 36h now...

And I have a suggestion for your site a kind one (Should make your site look better. =p, just helping out giving tips. You don't need to listen to me, its just advice.):
- the images are not aligned
- some images seem to be cut

Yeah and in the same time they are selling things that doesn't work and you ask a refund no body is answering... I'm still waiting my refund and I suppose I'll never see my money again!

Do you provide any test accounts? I just want to test the upload/download speeds on a Windows VPS. I'm interested on the 35$ plan. And if the 1GB port is really dedicated, I really have to check it out.

I'm client of them and since I subcribed to their VPS I was able to use it may be 3 days... Now it's more than 2 weeks my VPS is down, no answer to tickets and even here they don't answer!
