it's not a softare.. you have to jailbreak your iPhone first.. via limera1n

then go to cydia.. add source.. repo666.ultrasn0w.com

then download ultrasn0w on your iPhone and you're done :D

Go to Cydia > Add Source > Repo666.ultrasn0w.com and install ultrasn0w and u r done

I don't really understand why you want to unlock your iPhone. Jailbreaking is okay, but unlocking? You are losing the guarantee of your iPhone as well when it is done.
