but i m unable to put ipb shoutbox on index page

so i need a programmer who can do this task

It is pretty easy to install, there is also a manual included with shoutbox mod on how to install, can you tell me what issue you are facing?

Unfortunately embedding IP.Chat on the board index is not possible.

IP.Chat and IPb Shoutbox are two different things.
can you link me which mod you are installing?

I suggest you to use IPB Shoutbox.

Just get IRC,that's completely free if you don't want load on your servers.
