Buying IPB Custom Skin + Logo

I am buying a custom made skin + logo for my forum which uses Invision Power Board, if you can code it also that'd be good but not required as I can find someone else to code it. Right now I just need the skin and logo made.

Budget is around $40-$50 maybe more depending on the quality of the work.
Of course I can pay more if it is also coded :P

website is http://iwarez.co but it's offline while I work on it.
It's using the default skin right now.
I want to use lighter colors on it, but if you have colors in mind let me know and we'll talk about it.

Adanrott, i suggest instead of wasting your money getting a custom skin, just get a pre-made and customize it.
