I'm an Apple fan and a user (MacBook Pro, iPod Classic, iPhone 3G), but the iPad was just meh.

Thats because the iPod Touch was innovative... this is not. People like things to carry in their pockets... Why carry this when you can have a full blown laptop or even a limited netbook that has a full OS able to do EVERYTHING.
