The site was started by DLow. His WebDen.org theme was converted by c0rrupt for IntoDDL.com, as what DLow wanted.
I bought the site, and so the same ported theme. I'm designing a new theme for it and gonna get it coded within few weeks.

Oh, Okay, I was just wondering like huh? Theme the same. Good luck though try to keep it fast and clean as it is.

Wow, nice site! The design is so modern and clean! :D

So when submitting my own MU links, all I do is go to http://intoddl.com/submit.php, scroll down to Title, URL, Type etc. and submit? Or do I relay on posting the link on a forum and linking to it?

No. Actually, you must own a website, if not then become uploader on some forum/blog and tell the owner to submit your links.
