I would go with Dual CPU E5 2420 i.e Hexa Core CPU.

Go for 2x Intel Xeon E5-2420 .

this is is an easy one, it really depends on how much you want to spend.

Both are great nodes and it basically comes down to this.

you can afford a fairly expnsive than by all means get the dual e5s

if your on a budget an e3 will do you just fine.
