Integrate how? It all depends on if you want a fully new coded tracker.. Or just one where if you upload a torrent file it uses a integrated script to parse the torrent and all it will do is show the stats and allow download of the torrent...

2nd choice would be either public only torrents.. Or you would have to login on the 2nd script to allow download..
