Use paypal to receive money and transfer it to ur bank account..
Use Alertpay to buy domains,hosting with using the same money that u have transferred to ur bank account.. via paypal..

This is not as simple as you have stated my friend.

Every withdrawal to your bank account will result that you have generated an income.

You have to pay Income Tax on this.Otherwise you know what can happen with you...
