Indian-Crackers site hacked?

Hi guys i just checked one site which is got hacked...& guys am not saying that its hoster fault ....i was surprised to see hacker message .. about knowin host !!

screenshot says it all ...

even i am also on knowinservers host :P:P

They haven't hacked knowinservers nor have they have root access to them. They just changed the forum.php/index page and the whole site is working at the moment.

Must have been the admin's fault in that. You can't blame the host for that if you yourself do a noobish stuff.

check the permissions of index.php/forum.php , might be writable

Its not related with the security of knowinservers

Correct yourself, its knowinservers and not knownsrv.

Just now the account has been suspended! That doesn't means that its a joke B-)

Ppl are saying that knowenservers are secured and can't be hacked.that's non-sense .servers get rooted by 0day exploits most of the time or by miss configurations from network administrator.there is nothing secured on the net.

And whenever you own a hosting company you need to do some tests on your clients account to check if they are secured.that's the least what a professional service can provide.So the service provider take a part of the blame even if the the mistake was made by the website administrator.
Well this is my personal opinion about this.Hope that they get their DB intact so that they can get back online soon.
