They set the timed logout feature for a short time as if it was a bank account. If you dont relogin and just go right to uploading you wont get credit for the upload and they can get it all. They could set it up so this didnt happen. But they dont. Better for them, not so much for you.

My payment is pending from 19 March. Why is that?
Payments are made from Thursday to Monday, you need to request it before Wednesday

OMG !! U Seriously need mental treatment or maybe u dont do maths ? its payment batch date. now i repeat its payment batch date starting from 26th (thursday) to 30th of march (monday) what they stated on their site.
