Yes, payment is automated. Everyone who's balance is over $1 at the moment of payment export, gets paid.
We just registered Alertpay account. Need to get it verified and such, but you should see it as payout option pretty soon.

If you consider a new installation of Mihalism Multi Host Script without any modifications, then the image stops displaying after it reaches 999. I did not comment on your website, i am just telling about the script.

What's the point? You get paid when someone visits our site, not when he sees thumbnail/hotlinked image (which is disabled anyway).It doesn't allow direct links, so I can't use it for torrent sites. Pity, I'd like to use it.
