what a bunch of scammers

you ban me for "too many dmca notices" and all my images are still working fine, none deleted. This after requesting payout...

We have received plenty of DMCA notices today and when we checked all belongs to you. It is a serious violation. It is common to have 1 or 2 notices for a user which we don't ban, but we can't bear series of notices with threatening legal actions.

We have no intention to scam anyone. We have processed Daily payments today. We are still deleting the images since there are plenty in your account.

There's image hosts that have been around much longer than you have and they have dealt with many more dmca notices without giving out bans and they dont get in legal trouble. All you have to do is to delete the images to comply with dmca.

exactly... and they act like only one user uploads copy-righted images.... what a bunch of bs.
 
Man up and either change the rates and/or spend more time optimizing your ads. You dealt with this for months without banning people, so don't spread bs about being scared of a dmca notice(which is just a take down notice)
 
We have dealt with so many DMCA notices before. This is not the first time. Our server was suspended by the host and after assuring him that we would delete the images, they have enabled it back. Hope you understand the seriousness of the situation.

If you don't know about the legal implications, don't talk about it. We are already aware of it and been in this business since long time not alone this site.

If you've been in the business a long time why are you using a $18 script as well as hosting that freaks out over dmca trolls? You were a good host but if you handle dmca like an amateur your going to kill of this brand.

All it matters is the features of the script, don't judge by the price. I personally spoke to the developer of this script and he has a reason for setting that price. Not that he can't sell it for some $xxx amount. The amount is not $18, it's more than that. You need to research more about it.

We have been handling DMCAs since day 1 but as you said not in an amateur way. There are some limits for everything. It's fine to have 1 or 2 DMCAs for your account per day but not in the way we didn't expect.
