I am getting this error. However, I have created database properly. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you 100% sure that MySQL service is running and that info is entered correctly?

Check whether you entered correct credentials in database config file.

And check if you actually assigned the permissions to the user who is connected with the database.

did you add the mysql user to the database? try to do it again, you should get it.
