regarding the speed , i don't know what to do , iam using VPS , i don't think this is a server problem , and iam using gzip on the pages , but till know iam not able to diagnose the cause.
regarding the logo , I'll ask someone here to design a new one.

any other suggestions are welcome.

Close/sell it to somebody who wanted it.

More seriously though, new hosting. Wherever it is is terrible. I gave up after 40seconds of seeing a white blank page.

I would suggest you new skin, maybe custom made one. This one is beautiful but it is totally overused. Maybe you could use some image resizing plugin, I think that "Fit to page" is the most popular one for MyBB. Anyway, I think your site is great, wish you good luck and I hope you'll solve that hosting problems soon!
 
I remember your site was hosting at Linode. Why did you move?

Yes, i would change the style soon, lam just too busy nowadays preparing myself for the mid examinations.
