I Want C and C++ for windows seven 64 Bit

hi all members i instolled c and c++ on my laptop having windows seven 64 bit
but its not having full screen........... i hope u understand:facepalm: because i didnt explaned good........

so i want C & C++ for windows seven which work good and full screen.....
i tryed DOSBox 0.74 for doing full screen but still not worked.........

so please help because i am newbe in programming..........and give me any site or book name to learn c and c++ eaisly.....because i was bunked class 30 days of c and C++:'(
