I want a web designer for customizing rapidleech

As my tittle says i want someone to customize rapidleech, the thing it should have are :

Colors black and white

A top menu with :

- Download single file
- Multiple files download
- Link checker
- VIP area
- contact

Also it should have some space for ads
No need of logo design, i will design it by myself
