i think this Screenshot plugin seems to b like Auto Keyword detector which make auto link to keyword from content !

sorry but this not that i already have this it just pickup keywords from comments and make them searchable on google Just that.

but i want plugin that pickup keyword from post and link to them post or tag ?

i forget the site URL i just go to site for finding something but approximately 60-70% of wordpress sites using Auto Keyword Linking

search on http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ with keywords like "auto links", "auto tags" and i am sure you will find some good plugin... note that lot of plugin makers dont put the description properly, so try them out before discarding any plugin
