you will get plenty of ip v6. It will be really difficult to get many IP v4 without ptoper justification. And SEO is not a valid justification at all.

Your wasting your time and money seo hosting isn't what it used to be using different class ips will not help your site or increase your seo..

I have also heard that SEO isn't a proper justification for IPv4. Additionally, I have to second that using different class IP's wont' help you much with your rankings.

You're forgetting that you will almost certainly get a block, meaning they will recur.

192.168.5.1
192.168.5.2
192.168.5.3
192.168.5.4

etc etc - so whatever you want to do is going to be easily overcome with a relatively simple SQL query or command.
