I need little help on ImgHost Script

I installed the script on my server and its working perfectly. Now I need some help.

I don't want to put the button - Continue to image.

I want to put an overlay add on my image like imgserve.net use where user click Continue to your image. And when user click then image open with my already setup Popups.

There is one more thing I want like which imgserve uses. The overlay add comes only 1 times per users in 24 hours i.e. if he opens 1st image link he had to click Continue to your image but for next 24 hours all imgserve links directly show the image.

You need to store in a database all the ip of visitors and the TIMESTAMP of when they accessed for the first time in the day, then you can display the button or not if he is a new visitor or if he's not new in the past 24h.
