I Need a Video Watermarking Tool - Please spam me your suggestions

I am looking for a lightweight video editing tool where I can add videos to a queue and have each one processed with my sites watermarks. It would also be very helpful if this program will allow me to bulk edit the video in various ways, ie: video size, video cropping, edit start and end time of videos, etc.

Please give me some ideas. I don't want programs like Nero or Coral. These programs are very slow and heavy, and make my end resulting video way to large in file size.

Something like VideoCharge Studio, would be great!
