I need a USA RDP

The RDP hostedby the hostedges was four years in a row, and the speed has been satisfying, but recently they moved to the Netherlands because I mostly upload files to US servers so at the moment I upload very slowly.
So I hope you can recommend a US RDP for me and I mainly upload it to the server of Hurricane Electric, Inc. in San Francisco, USA.
