I am looking for a low minumum payout PPC Advertising site that pays out via PayPal. I know of BidVertiser but I wanna know of more before I put ads up on my site.

I know that adengage and bidvertiser do not allow warez sites. My top 2 priorities are - allowed on warez and pays via paypal weekly or monthly. Does anybody know any service that offers this?

Adtoll pays via paypal. I've been using them for over a year now.
They allow warez sites only if the site does not 'host' copyrighted content. (So linking only)

I've had no problem with them since I've started using them!

Does AdToll have minimum site requirements?
