i am an uploader of warez i live in algeria i get average money from warez uploading as i do not work regularly

what your hobby ?
i mean what you like to do or you do it all day - night ?

You said you are uploader, means you are active in posting new stuff ( movies games etc )
what if you make a legal website and post news about upcoming movies, tips-tricks of games etc, help users, add donation page.
you will get hits for sure.

I know there are many already, but you have to find something unique using which you get hits
