it's depending on the country of the visitor .
but we count about 4-7 downloads and some times higher if the visitor country in Tier D .
actually we are Committed !
but some of our uploaders doesn't .
Some of them cheating by uploading files bigger than the normal file size by adding more files with the original file and compress them all together , download from servers in EU or US to earn more from this download .
but we are committed with what we always saying .
if you search good you will find these answers .
free users download speed ~250 to ~300 Kbps
time between two downloads now is 30 to 60 secounds .
- when is say from-to i mean Unregistered/Registered .
no one asked me before , we always saying that we count multiple downloads .
that's because our rate are little low and we had to make users have a reason to join us beside our Service level that you are not interested in .

actually am inters ted by the service level and what that what i said in my first post that your service level cover the low rates maybe u didn't see that any way thx for your answer great news keep the good jop man hope u really keep the service good with us
I was mentioning about you not being worried of getting sued by Marvel for using one of their trademark characters in the logo for your business.
I like the logo personally but it definitely is infringing on their copyright.
Do you plan on adding Paypal to payment option?
