You can use PayPal and withdraw the money into Payoneer Card.

Neteller was there but no one used it, so we have removed it.
If we receive more requests on this we can get it back.

Egypt was already in the Tier-C, but we didn't received any sales from EG and the AD revenue is low.
If you have any suggestions that can help, please let us know what you have.
