Your rates are far not amazing...+ 33% to your basic plan is nothing.If you want uploaders,you need to improve the rates.
it's not a offensive,just a friendly advice. ;)

some question:

1: What type you calculat when people stream video file? file size or minute?

2: If upload video you support what format? avi,mp4,rmvb?

3: Up to how much minute free user can watch?

4: Secure question,pm you already,please check.

Hey hugefiles, I'm a long time user but recently your speeds haven't great for downloading. So I figured it was maybe a policy switch for free users so I decided to try out premium membership, just finished upgrading my account and I still get the same slow speeds when downloading files, around 30KB/s versus my regular dl speed of 900KB/s+. So now I feel scammed and ripped off. My user account is Melnickov.

I thought that too but I have been able to reach normal speeds using other filehosting sites, also just did a speedtest and got 886 kB/s for my down load speed. So I can confirm it's not on my end, now I just need to know if it's something they can fix or do i need a refund?

using your test link I max out my download speed from my ISP.

What I am concerned is your "remote upload" situation. 50% of my files I remote uploaded I get at times 56K speeds :( other times I get up to 8117 KB/Sec which is fast. When RU has completed, the "generating Links" hangs for 30 mins or more.

Thinking the files will appear in my file manager, but no. Only when I come back many hours later they show up in file manager. Why do you have such unreasonable lag of generating links? Why some servers RU speed is horrible when other times very good? With all this hit and miss, I really don't know when to expect your service to provide with what you promise??? I am reasonable and expect Huge Files to be in the top half of files hosts. This is my second go around and trying to find out what I paid for as a premium account, if anything has been better this year?
 
@ballwin - First of all, we are glad to hear and see you are getting amazing speeds!
From time to time, the speed varies, but in general it's much better then before and one of the best there is!
We will investigate what you say about generating links.

@GreenDot - FTP is working without any issues, all you got to do is connect to: ftp.hugefiles.net with your username and password and upload any file you want, a few minutes later it will appear in your "My Files" page.
