How to View and auto-reload tab simutaneously on Browser

I Google about this, but still not find proper Addon/plugs on Firefox/Chrome,
I want to see multiple tabs on single desktop with auto reload feautre.
I added Reload every addon on both firefox/chrome, but can't find tab viewer in one window(browser)
