How To Use Z-o-o-m uploader?

i know how to use z-o-o-m uploader, but i want to know how to login to my sanshare.com or any other file host account ?
because i want to upload files to my sanshare.com account.

Tool --> Settings --> File Hosters
Choose a file host in the "Host" menu and add user name and password below.
Click Add/Edit and your done.

When you upload, make sure that you check the "use account" check box.
