How to upload torrent to private tracker ?

I want to upload mp3 files and porn movies and want to know how to do it .

you gotta be an uploader in most private trackers. Read their rules or FAQ about becoming an uploader

when you create a torrent with your torrent software, you just select the option private and add your tracker url you got from the private tracker. then you can upload (if you have permission to upload) the torrent to the tracker website.
read the rules and help sections from the tracker they mostly explain everything.
