how to sync cpanel ?

Hello
i want to move a big site to another server(cpanel to cpanel two are dedicated server) (it is like more than 50 GB) But the problem is while moving data the site have many updates so it will make few data loss . so how can i check missing files after complete migration or any other option to check and upload missing files ?
