How big is the attack? There really isn't much you can do with a UDP flood if you are not hosted with a company that has DDos protection.

How do you know it's a UDP flood attack?
How many packets/sec?

Does your service even need UDP?
If you're running a webserver, you can disable UDP completely and allow only TCP.

Do you run httpd?

Try and install some modules 1st, it may not be UDP
