How to sell a domain safely?

Dear everybody,

Someone wishes to buy my domain. He intends to pay by paypal. So in case I received payment first and transfer my domain to him and then he refuses payment (cos paypal has about 45 day for disputes). Can I get back my domain? Is there any safe procedure?

Well such cases do happen try to complete the deal via Registar marketplace (like Godaddy and NC have) or if domains are worth more than $500 then sedo is also an option but none of this options are 100% Fool Proof there is always a risk factor involved when dealing with Paypal, Try to get Bank Wire (ofc $500+ Payments) or Western Union (FTW)

put them on sale like in namecheap, and let them buy frm them and you get your money and i think some % namecheap will take it... but after all it's safe

As others said, I would recommend to transfer it over to NC and sell it there.
