How to properly use Website Mail ID?

I never used website mail id ( For eg. - mail@website.nl ) So, please tell me if there is some easy and more simple way than going again and again to WebMail to check emails.

I tried to add my website mail account on GMail but it is not showing incoming emails.

P/S - Please tell me free solutions only.

try auto forward from ur mail to ur gmail , it will auto send all the email that come ur email to ur gmail
try googleing it

Disadvantage for this is if u reply from ur gmail the reciver will see ur gmail id

Thanks, I tested it and worked fine. Well, you solved my problem, now it's my turn.

Steps to send mail from your WEBSITE MAIL ID, but from Gmail -

1) Create your mail account from your CPanel or whatever
2) Click on settings icon in Gmail and go to Accounts & Import
3) Go to option 3 which is "Send As"
4) Click on Add Account and added your account details via smtp server
5) Finally, when you will compose an email, you'll be asked from which mail id you want to send.

I tested this method also and it worked like a charm.
