How to post on rlsbb.com

I've been trying for a really long time to post comments under various postings on rlsbb.com. I see lots of comments posted all the time. I don't see anywhere in particular to register either. It just looks like anyone with a username and e-mail address can post a comment. But I can't. Does anyone have experience posting there? What am I doing wrong? I've tried e-mailing them a couple of times but they never reply.
