Please remember that the search engines skip the iframe content. For example, if you have the page "A" and in this page page there is an iframe "B", when the crawler comes in your page "A" skip the analysis of your iframe "B".

Also, your iframe page "B" is a page so if you want to have a good serp for this page you need to define ( h tags, title, meta description and many other things.. ) but have no sense. Also, please remember that if your iframe use flash.. this is very bad for search engines.
