How to make RSS feed?

how can i make rss feed for my website ?
If user subscribe he can receive the latest posts of my DLE for downloading..
Tried a lot nothing seemed to work:'(
any help is appreciated..:D
EDit: Site is not open yet, after everything ready i will launch it...

Unfortunately I can't find the original link but her is the source for the built in script. It is supposed to be in config same as in IPB.
