If you are using vBulletin 4 then simply paste this code to your additional.css template.

Code:
/* center avatar, username, title, rank, userinfo_extra, postbit_reputation, imlinks */ .postbitlegacy .userinfo .username_container, .postbitlegacy .userinfo .rank, .postbitlegacy .userinfo .usertitle .imlinks {text-align:center;} .postbitlegacy .userinfo .postuseravatar, .postbitlegacy .userinfo .postuseravatar img {float:none; text-align:center;} .postbitlegacy .userinfo .usertitle {display: block; float:none; text-align:center; clear: both;} .postbitlegacy .userinfo .userinfo_extra {text-align:center; } .postbit_reputation {float:none; text-align:center;} .postbitlegacy .imlinks {float:none; text-align:center;}

EDIT: Sorry my bad i just noticed that you are looking for vBulletin 3 modification :(

Find your postbit_legacy template and search for:

Code:
<table id="post$post[postid]" class="tborder"  cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="0" border="0"  width="100%">
Then simply add align center value at the end of that code like this:

Code:
<table id="post$post[postid]" class="tborder"  cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="0" border="0"  width="100%" align="center">

Everything located in that table will be centered including username, avatar, location, etc.

Johnny boy thanks for the reply but the code you wrote here is not there in my postbit_legacy and before this i posted the same question on vb.org and the reply that was given there is this

edit your postbit_legacy template. Find:
Click to expand...

Find:
<td class="alt2" width="175" style="border: $stylevar[cellspacing]px solid $stylevar[tborder_bgcolor]; border-top: 0px; border-bottom: 0px;">

Replace with this:
<td class="alt2" width="175" style="border: $stylevar[cellspacing]px solid $stylevar[tborder_bgcolor]; border-top: 0px; border-bottom: 0px; text-align:center;">
Click to expand...

I did this and updated counters also but didn't worked.

my postbit_legacy file code is there can you plese check and tell that whats wrong.

Postbit_legacy file:

Code:
