How to Make a Simple Site Where People can download files hosted on server ?

Hi mate,

Are you looking to create a one page repository for download links on your website? That can be done easily with a lightweight CMS on a hosting account of your choice. (I recommend a service that can scale as per your requirements - that is start with a cheap low bandwidth package and offer you upgrade as traffic rises).

Or are you looking for something like a file hosting service where users register, upload files and share download links. This requires proper dedicated script for the same. You can use any existing solution or get a developer to develop one. (Such as me).

No problems, don't waste your time with the others. I tested them all! but with all you cannot upload large files including filebob

If you want to upload large files with heavy traffic i can only recommend the advanced scripts yetishare or xfilesharing is your only option in this case.
