How to legalize a warez blog? Need some suggestions.

Hello,

i've got a warez blog since more than 7 years.
Daily it has 10k-15k visits and a lot of them are patrons.
I think it's dangerous to get busted nowadays.
So I have 2 ideas what I could do with my warez blog:

1. sale it
2. legalize it

I think I could gain much money with this "high" amount of visitors in the future. So I think it could be better to legalize the project but I'm not sure how to proceed.

Do you have some suggestions, what I can provide or do you have some other ideas?

Start a legal site/blog, when you have some traffic and think it can be a success sell the warez site.
