Hello,
Do you want to use an image and would like to know if it is copyrighted?
This was a hard boring thing to do, however, I have found an online tool which allows you to check if you are free to use any kind of image. Have a look at it!

yeah i need to know how can we find weather the image is copyrighted or not by using the above tool and it doesn't specify anything about it

Sure, If for example you look for Google Logo: 710 results - TinEye
You get 710 results, which basically means 710 sites are using this image in their site. With this tool, Google, as in this case is the image legal owner, can denounce sites which are using it without being allowed to do so.

Your title says " How to know if an image is copyrighted" the "tool" you presented doesn't do that.
You explained it as a meaning for searching sites who break image copyright.
So which is it.
Guess you meant "How to know if your image is pirated" as the title.
